Condition of Items

All our products are vintage and second-hand, which means there may be signs of wear, minor imperfections, or variations in colour, sizing, and fabric. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of vintage clothing and are not considered defects.

Order Accuracy & Inspection

We carefully inspect and curate our stock to ensure quality and authenticity. It is the responsibility of the buyer to review their order details and confirm all selections before completing the purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is significantly different from what was described or if there is an issue with missing or incorrect items, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. While we do not offer returns, we will work with you to resolve any discrepancies.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
